Billing questions

Before you pick a plan.

What does per location mean?

Each salon, shop, daycare or boarding site you run counts as one location. A mobile groomer with one van counts as one location.

What is included in the 30-day trial?

Every feature, including Grooming Board, Boarding Ledger, AI Care Reminders and the Owner App. At the end you choose the plan that fits.

Can we change plans later?

Yes. Move up or down at any time. Changes apply from your next billing period.

Are there setup fees?

No. Setup help and data import from spreadsheets are included on every plan.

Do owners pay to use the Owner App?

No. Pet parents use the Owner App and booking link for free.

Can we cancel anytime?

Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Yearly plans run to the end of the paid year. See our refund policy for details.
